Zambrero is Feel Good Mex. A restaurant franchise serving fresh, Mexican inspired food, with a humanitarian enterprise at its heart. Zambrero are committed to tackling world hunger through their Plate 4 Plate initiative, which donates a meal to someone in need with every burrito or bowl purchased. To date, Zambrero has donated over 40 million meals with the goal to reach one billion meals by 2025.

Zambrero was founded in Canberra, Australia in 2005 by Dr Sam Prince who was a 21 year old medical student at the time. He has grown the brand to be Australia’s largest Mexican group with over 200 restaurants across Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the United States. Zambrero is wholly owned by Dr Sam Prince from inception.

BRW Magazine has recognised Zambrero as one of Australia’s fastest growing businesses for five consecutive years (2015 and 2014 BRW Fast 100 list and 2013, 2012, 2011 BRW Fast Franchises lists).

INDU is a celebration of southern Indian and Sri Lankan village culture, flavours and local hospitality. A place where eastern mysticism meets western curiosity. 

We believe that the best form of hospitality is that found in the home, and it’s our aim to bring village culture to our guests at INDU. Our food is coastal and village inspired, and we pride ourselves on using the freshest and most seasonal produce.
